Vineyard is one of the newest towns in Utah; although, the post office still considers it to be a suburb of Orem. Currently home to about 5,000 residents, Vineyard is growing rapidly. With so many new homes and schools being built, this is definitely one of the upcoming places to live in. Located on the west-side of Interstate 15 and next to Utah lake, Vineyard offers gorgeous views of the mountains and the lake.

Since Vineyard is such a young town, community events are still being planned residents and visitors. The spring town-wide Easter celebration is a fun event for the whole family. Children will love meeting the Easter bunny, participating in an Easter egg hunt, and enjoying all the goodies the event offers. In October, Vineyard hosts a Halloween Egg-Stravaganza, with a glow-in-the-dark egg hunt, costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, as well as food, drinks, and prizes.

Vineyard is also home to a MegaPlex movie theater. With luxury seating, big theaters, and delicious food, this is the place to go for entertainment for the whole family.

Since Vineyard is still known to be part of Orem, it is part of the top-notch Alpine School District. Vineyard schools, including an academy and elementary schools, are new with updated facilities. Students in middle and high school attend Orem schools, just minutes away.

Although Vineyard is still small, it is quickly growing. There are many new housing developments, as well as restaurant, retail, and entertainment locations. With its great location, beautiful views, and charming new houses, Vineyard is the perfect place to call home.
